Perfect Fries for Valentine's
I guess The Bride knows me too well. For Valentine's Day she got me, among other things, this nifty little fry cutter called Perfect Fries. It looks quick and simple, I can't wait to try it.
Thats a good gift for you. It looks kinda like it may break with frequent use, though ;) The pro ones I use in the restaurant I work at are nice sturdy steel, but probably cost $200 or so since pro stuff is stupid expensive.
Now all you need is a Frydaddy or whatever they call those home fryers.

You may be right about the endurance, Dave, but it's the thought that counts.
ReplyDeleteI'll try it out soon and report back on the blog the results. I bet it'll do fine. The first time at least.
And I've moved on from a Fry Daddy. I have a nice Rival deep fryer for when I make 'em at home. ;-)
You are major league Glenn!!
