I've been trying to get to Tattooed Mom on South Street in Philly for some time as I have gotten many recommendations. Recently The Bride, after dear friend The Dark Crystal's one-woman show, got there and took this pic.
These waffle fries were covered with "real cheese wiz but it had obviously been sitting around for a while before it came out." She also reported, "The fries were not bad, but the cheese was glooped on the top, leaving the fries underneath cheeseless."
